How long have you been operating?
Answer:
We've been going for 10 years now, and that shows we are here for the long run!.
| Do you have guest accommodation?
Answer:
We have two rooms dedicated for guest use, with overnight charges very reasonable,
compared with the more expensive hotels nearby. Rooms have every facility you would expect,
including television (extra payment required for adult channels) and
trouser press (coin-operated).

Answer:
Yes. We have a range of apartments (1 and 2 bedroom) and also 2-bedroom 'cottages'.
Although it would seem similar to buying, we operate a much simpler scheme, which
avoids giving the government both tax on property purchase and inheritance tax.
Basically, you buy a 'lease' to live at Silver Vistas for the rest of your life, for
no more than you would pay to buy a similar property.
Latest news: due to the recent unfortunate flu outbreak, we have three properties
now available! | What is the local area like?
Answer:
We do not encourage residents to leave the Silver Vistas facility, as after all, anything they
reasonably could want is available here. Having said that, the local area is not as bad as some
malicious rumours would suggest, particularly in daylight hours.
| Are there risks in being near the Virus Research Center?
Answer:
None at all. Standards are very high at the VRC, and there have been very few reported leaks
of viruses from their laboratories.
