How long have you been operating?
Answer:
We've been going for 10 years now, and that shows we are here for the long run!.
| Why are your fees so high?
Answer:
Unlike many similar communities, we include lots of 'extras' free of charge (like
use of common rooms, entry to Bingo sessions,
and use of toilet facilities in communal buildings).
| Do the staff have a caring attitude?
Answer:
Yes indeed! Our staff all have a duty of care for their personal comfort and wellbeing.
| Do you have guest accommodation?
Answer:
We have two rooms dedicated for guest use, with overnight charges very reasonable, compared with the more expensive
hotels nearby. Rooms have every facility you would expect, including television (extra payment required for adult channels) and
trouser press (coin-operated).

Answer:
We do not encourage residents to leave the Silver Vistas facility, as after all, anything they
reasonably could want is available here. Having said that, the local area is not as bad as some
malicious rumours would suggest, particularly in daylight hours.
