Our Mission
Silver Vistas communities are a world-wide organisation of retirement communities, dedicated to the care and wellbeing of our residents.
Our Objectives
Of course, to ensure the residents long-term security it is essential that Silver Vistas
is financially successful, so our objectives have to take some account of this.
Our objectives are therefore:

- to maintain and increase our funds wherever possible
- to spend the funds wisely, and avoid waste
- to provide good career opportunities and rewards for our staff
- to provide a good return to our investors
- to ensure that every resident makes an adequate contribution
- to provide cost-effective care for our residents

Our Plans
Our two communities right now are based in the UK and the USA, but we expect to expand to other countries in the near future. If you are a serious (and major) investor, looking for a good return on your investment, please get in touch to get involved in this expansion. |
